Who builds these, to what standard, and what happens once the truck has left.
Who actually builds the homes?
Our own team, in our own workshop. We do not subcontract the build out to a third party and put our name on the result, which means the person who answers your call about a door that sticks can go and look at the drawing for your home.
Licensed trades handle the electrical and plumbing, as they legally must, and they are the same trades on every build rather than whoever is available that week.
What standards are they built to?
The chassis is engineer-designed and stamped. The electrical is certified to AS/NZS 3000 and comes with a certificate of compliance. The building envelope is constructed with reference to the National Construction Code, and the compliance pack documents all of it.
We hand that pack over at handover rather than on request, because the time you need it is the time a council or an insurer asks, and hunting for it then is miserable.
What does the warranty cover?
Seven years on the chassis, frame and building envelope; two years on the fit-out. It transfers to a new owner if you sell, which matters more than it sounds — a transferable structural warranty is a large part of why these hold their value.
It does not cover wear, misuse, or damage from siting the home somewhere it was not specified for. We will tell you at the site check if your site is one of those.
What happens after handover?
We schedule a twelve-month service, and we hold spare parts for the range locally so a repair is not a three-month wait on a shipping container.
You also keep a direct line to the team that built it. Not a ticketing system — the builder.
Do you deliver anywhere?
We deliver on our own truck and quote it per kilometre, so the further out you are the more it costs, but distance alone is rarely the obstacle. Access is. A narrow driveway, a tight corner or a low branch will stop a delivery that a thousand kilometres of highway would not.
Send photographs of the route early. We would far rather solve it at enquiry than discover it on the day.
